[2024] Kraut med rodfrugter

Kraut is fermented cabbage and vegetables, sometimes known as sauerkraut. The major component is cabbage, which naturally includes a high concentration of lactic acid bacteria. The basic condition for making sauerkraut is to use at least three-quarters cabbage and no more than one-quarter other vegetables.

Sauerkraut is high in vitamins and minerals, making it good for your health.
